Among the goodies on offer are a more detailed task list than that provided by [Ctrl][Alt][Del], detailed information about installed drivers, and the programs loaded on start-up – not just the ones in the StartUp folder, but those in WIN.INI and the registry too.

Familiarise yourself with the information listed in this section. It won't be immediately useful, but if you get involved in troubleshooting you may need to come here to find out about the state of the Windows system – looking for program modules that should or shouldn't be there, for example, and checking version information.
